LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL
Our name, Sakabayashi, comes from the balls of cedar leaves that grace the doorways of sake breweries in Japan, signifying that a fresh batch of sake is ready. Like our name, our authentic sushi tavern is the first stateside outpost of Sugidama Sushi Izakaya, imported from Japan, with chefs serving a selection of fine sushi and sake made in the classic tradition. Drop in to feel like you’ve been transported to a lively sake bar in Osaka, half a world away.

OUR MENU
A modern take on the Japanese tradition of shared sushi platters and sake bars, with inventive cocktails, an enviable sake list, and premium toro imported from Japan.
